New Guild

Seems to be a popular trend lately, but I'm not doing it because of that.

After CPQing all the way from level 33 to 50, and after spending 270 coins on 3 Necklaces and 3 Marbles, I've come to realize that I LOVE CPQ. I can honestly say that I'm very good at it, and a bunch of my friends and I wanted to start our own guild, a CPQ guild, meant for newbies who want to learn or pros with CPQ mules that like to CPQ for the Necklaces, and everyone else in between. I do plan to keep in touch (many of your are on my BL, which I need to expand because it's full again), and I will still be on the guild site.

The guild's name, we've decided, is going to be MapleRed, after the teams in CPQ. Also, if anyone does have a CPQ character, they are welcome to join.

I plan to use what I've learned from helping to build and run this guild to make MapleRed well known and respected among other guilds, even if we won't ever be GPQing...>.>

Anyways, yes, they've nominated me as the Master ('cause I'm THAT pro...>.>). We've decided on an emblem and we're going to *try* to get it to 30 maximum members at first, and we don't plan on going to 100 like Aeons; probably 50 max.

I would like to personally thank Dale for making this guild...Pauline, for everything...Marie, for smacking some sense into me...Mike, hmm...I don't know you that well...Tom, you loveable oaf XD, come back to us...Steve, not everything is your fault, learn to lighten up...Chinny...I don't know you well either =/....Kat, you've been a big help for this guild and everyone in it...Jeremy, thanks bro....Matt, you seem to balance out Steve; you've got a lot of ideas and good potential...and last, but not least, Blaine (I think was your name), a.k.a Sushi, you remind me of Aaron at times...XD

I would also like to thank all of the other members of Aeons for their support, friendship, hospitality, and anything and everything else that I may have forgotten.

I will be remaining in Aeons until the day we decide to make our new guild, and, if you guys (mostly the Jrs I guess) don't mind, I'd like to "borrow" your rules for MapleRed.

Also, if anyone in Aeons wishes to CPQ, just try to find one of us (We'll be at the Monster Carnival more often then not), and we'll be glad to help you get in, whether you're coin farming or training. =D

OMG I can't believe you're actually leaving Aeons. You are the reason I even found out about Aeons (June '07) back when we were all on the Old World Forums at Nexon.net. We've shared a lot and both have come a long way in this game since those days. I think it's awesome you're starting something like this in Bello. I have a lvl4x Cleric that will be coming to see you every now and again =D

@GERMY!: If you want, you could have your level 4x character join. Like I said, it's for CPQ mules and players that want to learn.

@Chinny: Yes, you can join with your cleric and/or dit. We won't have any strict joining rules until much later, once the guild starts to fill.

@Bob: You could have your lower level character join up too. The more people we have for CPQ, the easier it will be to find a party, and the easier it will be to help the newer players learn.

Also, I'd like to point out that we'll be doing 2v2 CPQ Coin Farming with guild members, which is much easier and faster than looking for someone to do it with.

Dave... How are you gonna make it to Knighthood if you are stuck at 50 to CPQ =/

I'm not staying at 50 for long. Just long enough to CPQ a bit more and help some of the other members learn. Then, I'm going to continue to train as usual and have another character, probably my bandit mule, act as a full time CPQ mule.

Tonight, April 11th, we plan to make it if the original members actually log on (we were going to make it last night, but Jared and James weren't there, Cody fell asleep, and we're not making it without them because they will be royally pissed if we do. xD) So, if you want to help (with another character of course, not your Aeons char or your main [if it's not in Aeons] unless you want to), come to Orbis tonight. We're willing to wait for everyone to get there, and like I said, it's open for everyone that wishes to GPQ. =D

I'm going to say this but it's rather UNCOUTH that you are using this FORUM to recruit members. As this GUILD owns a NOOB GUILD as well that can do CPQ.

I'm not picking on you or anything. I'm just voicing out what some of us are thinking. >.<

I understand Marie, and believe me, I'm NOT trying to lure your members away. I know that many of you don't know how to CPQ, or don't know the benefits of it, and I also know that many of you would be willing to help me with this, and would also like to learn how to CPQ, or earn more coins for necklaces and other items. Besides Marie, I still have Nemecia in Aeons, and I plan to keep her there for GPQ and, as soon as she gets to level 50, possibly Z-runs, for fun, not to get a helm or anything.

I wish I could just be in both guilds, but I know that it doesn't work like that, but times change, and people do too, and it's about time that I branched off and tried something new.

Dave i think its great that you are movin on and have found ur own "thing" im not sure that we will be taking any lvl 50 people on any z runs unless they are buying a helm... and im not sure if we will have room for non main characters...im sure we will be able to mannage gpq w.o you but thx for the consideration. Hope you have a good time at ur new home with ur new family

Lol I've seen soooo many MapleRed guild members. You've been busy Dave.

Lol, we only have 15 members right now, but we might be expanding to 30 very soon. Because I've accidentally leveled to 51, I need to start working on my new CPQ mule, which will probably be a spearman because I have a very nice spear that someone gave me, and because warrior pwn at CPQ. =P

Also, like I said, anyone that has another char that they'd like to use for CPQ, you're more than welcome to join.
