psssh, I figure Kat's system(S) would be 10 times the size of mine I am definitely going to download Fraps again. I have never used Curved Keyboard, but it's not that bad really - just a bit different to get used to.
Do I have to P2P Fraps? :| What Version should I use and how much is it if I dont use Peer2Peer?

Dont pay for the software, save it for your system. Use free version please.
BTW, Im using 2.9.3 Fraps. Im not sure its newest cuz its 2007 edition.
*Edited* Just installed the 2.9.4. Its 2008 version, nothing different from 2007 verson in my opinion.

The only thing you didnt list is your 14" CRT 8 year old monitor Jeremy. Go get 19-21" LCD please.
BTW if one thing you want to upgrade from that list is WinXP home to WinXP Pro version. Most ppl dont know that Home version has problem with networking. They didnt come with all the necessary protocal for network, so sometimes its pain to configure. But Im truely jealous. Mine is 2 year old PC, still good for MS so I dont think I want to change yet. ( Not when I keep this NX spending rate too T.T)

There's about 10 fans in there It'll be pulling in some massive dust for me to be cleaning regularly (good thing it's not on the floor). It's so fast tho; it's worth it! We'll see how fraps works out pretty soon.

Lol, your Monitor ruined the whole black look xD
But now you got me tempted to get a computer like that, then use overdrive pn it and make it 10x faster xD ... Only prob with me overdriving it is I'd need liquid nitrogen to keep it cool =/

I'm still thinking about the monitor. I just didnt want to spend an extra $200 for now. Plus the LCD's have some latency issues and that's what I'm trying to get rid of over here. I'm really thinking about getting another CRT :|

All in all I ended up paying about half as much than buying it pre-built. Before tax was $1285. The last computer I bought was that Dell Dimension 2350 on the floor inbetween the desks. I payed just a bit less than this one when I got it back around 2002. The Dell is what I have been playing MS on up til now and it only has 1G (allowed) RAM with a Pentium 4 1.8GHz Processor, crappy Intel(R) 82845G Graphics Controller and a 30G HDD. Last night I used Fraps for the first time and I had minimal to no lag at all. The thing about fraps is that it records uncompressed raw data in .AVI format to the Hard Drive, so you're basically eating up Gigs and Gigs of Hard Drive space every few minutes or so (maybe about 3G every 5 mins???). But those 3G will compress into about 40MB after you use a compression program like VirtualDub, Tsunami Mpeg Encoder or Windows Movie Maker. I use Movie Maker since it was included with Windows XP SP2.

Okay....I actually understood some of that....and wow, $1285? You're system rivals Alienware, and you got it for half the price...@_@

why thank you david. Glad some of that was understandable I'll go post a small clip of us killing the statues in GPQ last night (of course, kat did most of the work especially using PickPocket): I only have the very last section of us killing statues. I guess I deleted them last night cuz I wasnt planning to post any of this:

Cuz the bandwidth. Youtube has to compress your video so it can be download faster and save server space and bandwidth.
BTW that Run was so slow, post something that we do in 20 mins or less plz.
