Why was I expelled

I'd like to know why exactly I got expelled -.-

When did this happen? o.o

I dunno... Before I logged on...

After you got yourself hacked, a lot of guildies started to help you get some stuff for you, one of them was dittencion.

He gave you a new icarus cape (cos urs was "hacked") and scrolls.

Today you said in guild chat that the day you got hacked, the hacker was dropping your stuff in henesys, and you have so much luck that your F/P mage was there to get your cape back.

My point is, why did you said you lost your cape, and accepted anothe cape, if you supposedly had it in your mage???

This Simon is taking advantage of your "hacked situation", but i like to call it scamming guildies, which is more than unacceptable.

Next time dont assume stuff...

Dit gave me the Ic2 on Thursday
The hacker was dropping my stuff in Henesys on Friday
I grabbed my Cape on Friday...

Wow. I'm sorry but that's complete bs that someone would be expelled BEFORE they even had a chance to explain the situation/themselves. And if you're going to expel someone, they shouldn't have to ASK why they were expelled. They should definitely be informed by a Jr.

Britt is right. Simon didn't recieve anything CLOSE to a fair trial. Now, I understand that you were acting on a "better safe than sorry" policy, but I think that he AT LEAST deserved an explanation and a chance to explain himself BEFORE being removed.

We expelled kevin (kevinmage123), for a similar reason (he tried to scam the guild also). So i don't see why we shouldn't have expelled you.

You know Tom, even though I wasn't really on on Friday, SIMON COULD HAVE GOTTEN HIS CAPE WHEN DIT WASN'T ON! He could've HAD TO GO AND NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE THE CAPE! I'm not siding with any of you I'm just making a point! DON'T ASSUME THINGS WITHOUT KNOWING EVERY FREAKING DETAIL!

I obviously don't want it know, but i think that if you lose something that doesn't belong to you, you have to do everything you can to retrieve those items, but Simon didn't.

I think this needs to be explained to all the members 'cuz I can see some animosity towards the JRs about this...First of all Alex, this has happened before, a number of times actually...therefore your JRs are not completely incompetent and just assuming bunch of asses...we've been keeping an eye on this situation from the first time it happened...so don't think we don't know the DETAILS BECAUSE WE DO (MOST OF US ANYWAYS)

I'm sorry but it's not that easy to hack anyone's account...(again go and read the post regarding "Hacking") So before any members get annoyed with Tom or any other JRs please ask your JRs about it. First of all we would never just expell anyone for absolutely no reason...2nd this was done for all the members, WE DON'T LIKE TO SEE MEMBERS TAKEN ADVANTAGE...this has been discussed thoroughly and "mostly" all the JRs agree on this...

The hacker dropped his items in Hen in another day and Simon was on by another char and picked them up. That more than 24 hours apart.

BTW, how Simon knows all the persons who hacked him? YESH he can name all the persons who hacked his account. 3 times in all.

Obviously you got a very bad memory when rember to return ppl items and you lost count of how many times you got hacked cuz you "got hacked" like ppl having breakfast. Let me remind you here:

1. You accused our ex-guildmate hacked you 1 time
2. Last week, you said some-one check ur store in FM and some items mysteriously disappeared. Later there was a guy smega-ed something, you said that was the guy who hacked you in FM. BtW if there is a way to hack ppl store in FM, thats god of all hack. The whole MS world will be in panic mode and no-one will open store in FM any more.
3. On Thursday you got hacked again.

If some one droppped some items in HHG, how do you know that was yours? If you are sure that those are yours, wouldnt you know that he was that hacker?

When you got ur account back, you are dirt poor that you asked ppl for help in mesos and items. Would you spend 4 mil to buy another Helm and then resale it?

That at least 3 hackers that you have chanced to face them and know their IGN. And yes you got hacked like ppl having breakfast. Dont treat us like little kids here. We are not stupid.

Honestly, everyone should have a chance to explain his/her story. I understand that the JRs discussed it, but there needed to be a discussion with Simon before he was expelled. The reason why animosity is coming up is because he had to ASK why he was expelled and we find out that it was all based on an ASSUMPTION.

I didn't read the whole thing Marie posted about hacking through trade, but it is possible to get someone's information while being in a trade window since MapleSea also had this problem. This would obviously lead to a hacked account. If you can get someone's password, it's actually quite easy to hack someone with all the pin crackers out now. BTW, there are plenty of hackers that don't take any items other than mesos so you can't assume everything would have been taken.

I'm sorry to say this, and I don't really think that many people will care anyway, but unless this guild starts shaping up then I'll be leaving as well. There are a lot of issues, and it's just starting to become more annoying than it's worth.

I've honestly never heard of the trade hack where you get stuck getting your items automatically traded, so I have no idea about that hack. o.o The trade hack I know is that if you stay with a hacker in a trade window long enough, they can get your MS information which they can later use to hack you.

I wasn't trying to takes sides as to whether Simon should have been expelled, I was just trying to comment on how poorly the situation was handled.

And I'm sorry about the "assumption" comments, but Tom's early comments had some assuming involved. That's what made me make such comments; therefore, they're not really aimed at the rest of the comments that are being used for explanatory reasons.
