So the other day i lagged out while training at wolf spiders, and when i logged back in i lagged. By the time i was able to do nething i had been killed by monsters that had been vacced across the map by a hacker. So i took a ss of the hacker, who was still in action, and i logged a ticket. I told them what had happened and put a link to the ss that i took. If u don't know how to do that its very easy. All you have to do is go to servimg(there is a link to it in the top of the textbox where you type your post) they give u a link to the pic which i coppied and pasted in the ticket.
Ticket to Nexon:
yesterday i d/ced when i logged back on i lagged and by the time the lagg was gone i had been killed by the monsters that the hacker was vaccing. I took a few screen shots of the hacker in action. their name is JJKissBB.
in this pic u can see all of the monsters on the top level which is not where they respawn, and u can see the spider, that is being vacced, in the bottom of the screen. You can also see that she is not being injured by the monsters even tough she is right on top of them

Make sure you get a good pic showing that they are hacking so that nexon will be sure. And if u check now you can see that JJKissBB has been banned
