| So I've been trying to recover my whole accout info for about 2 weeks now. When I reset my password, no e-mail is sent to me But when I get my ID, the E-mail comes immediatly. I have no email filters or spam filters. What do I do? | |

| Are you sure the info you put for the password recovery is correct? did you have browser cookies enabled during process? | |

| When I try to get my ID for a test. It sends an e-mail to my one certain email account. And you can't change e-mails can you?
And the e-mail it goes to does not have a folder for junk mail. I never filtered anything. | |
