Can someone explain me abit how graduating goes in other countrys? Here we just take Exams(duh) and U hear if u graduated after a week or 3 and then theres a big party and tehn u has long vacation.

There is an actual graduation ceremony. Basically the graduating class sits in the center (of the gym, auditorium, or where ever the ceremony is being held at) and listen to a bunch of people give speeches and whatnot and then, eventually, one-by-one (usually alphabetically) each person that is graduating goes up and cross over the stage to receive their High School diploma (although at my school it is a fake one,you still have to go to the office to get the real one later ).

Ater the ceremony is like after the Prom, many have made plans to go out and celebrate with their friends!

Yeah Rosey got it right. At my school me have a after grad function
where we all go to a big club (not like dancing but with a gym, pool,
dance room) that kind of club and we spend the night there (12-5). Its
wicked fun and i cant wait!

Well in Ausss.....

You start Year 12 in the 4th term of year 11... So you pretty much miss out on the 4th term on Year 11 but then you get kind of an extra term in Year 12...(Yay... not) So then you start Year 12 as usual, then in your '5th' term you do your HSC(Higher School Certificate) and you sit these bunch of exams and then once it's all done and it gets all marked you get your UAI back and that determines what areas of study you can undertake in university. :D
But then of course what about partying...? Well I can't remember the official school event right now but then some schools host formals ('proms' as America calls them :smiley53: ) But then otherwise... There's this major thing called 'schoolies' and all high school graduates are invited to go :D It's not compulsory but you get to meet new people who might be going to the same university as you or you get to catch up with friends that you have lost contact with :D I think it's usually held in the Gold Coast in Queensland. But other than that... it's much fun =]
