Apperently Bigg Puff daddys HP got changed...from 50K....to 50M....WTF

MP: 1,000

Avoid: 27

Knockback: 3,000

EXP: 5,200

This is the enormous cake monster Boss for GlobalMS's third anniversary event. Spawns in most Victoria island towns and drops the level 64 maple weapons. Looks somewhat like the Noonoo snowman boss from christmas.

The notice mentioned nothing about upgrading maple weapons so they're probably only dropped by daddy.

That HP is abnormal high, not fun D:
Most of the times a party fo appled NL and BM will just come in and KS teh thing in 5 minutes or less.

does anyone want to come help me killing one in KFT?

Ewww, not another massive monster like the Snowman. That thing choked the heck out of the channel it was spawned on and not to mention if you happened to be there fighting it...

The looting of the maple items is going to be rediculous. :|

Not snowman, but teh snow blowers. It dropped so many snowballs the channels who where on that server lagged very bad. I remember there where like 30K snowballs in that room when it was spawned D:

How to find out early information about a Patch: The FTP site is ftp://patch.mapleglobal.com/Maple/patch/notice
and the notice would be ftp://patch.mapleglobal.com/Maple/patch/notice/00054.txt.

I usually go see Fiel at SleepyWood.net for earlier info. He is a very reliable source and does a lot of digging around to find out lots of early info. Most of the Guides I post in the "Guides" Section of this Forum are linked back to Fiel (i.e. 4th job Guides).

Have to say it as a precaution. I really do want one, maybe 2 shields and a staff. If they are in the game, I'd prefer not to have to shell out 5 million mesos to a stranger who'll most likly try to scam me. I'd rather be scammed by people I know than people I don't.

I read from Basil that all Maple Items (including level 64 ones) dropped from various monsters.

Same. I really want the 64 spear as I am dexless and I heard they add more acc than the 43 weps. It'll be nice for things like zak =P

The 64 warrior weps give about 32-38 accuracy from what I've seen. I once had a Maple Belzet on Tespia with 7 str, 88 att, and 38 accuracy, which is the best you could possibly get (I think).

I did see one person report finding a skandiva (sp?) from Brown Teddies.
ALSO, i just remember that about a week ago or so when i first checked out the Trade System ingame i noticed all the NEW Weapons on the list.
its just funny there is no official announcement about them as far as i can tell.

Neat! I haven't been able to get on yet, because I had to do some errands for my parents, but I'll be on tonight to go hunting. I'd like to know the stats of the Belzet, and I'll be willing to buy/trade/take it. =D
