It is so tempting for me to play maple again if this patch involves maple anniversary. Maple aniversary was the only reason why i played in the first place ^.^

This patch DOES...or at least SHOULD...include the Maple Items.

EDIT: The Patch has been rescheduled to next week.

According to MapleTip, they will be putting in a censored version of Showa, into gMS, unlike cMS.

Although I did kinda' have a feeling from it. From the time I heard there was going to be a patch, I knew there would be something fishy happening. >_> I even had them pegged for extended time which I did find out later was going to happen. But it sucks that all of a sudden they decided to cancel. I can only hope it was because they actually wanna' do something right the first time without having to go back to fix it a week later like Spike said T_T

let's just get this over with now, too...

The Patch will be scheduled to end around 11am PST
BUT WILL BE EXTEDED TO ABOUT 4PM PST ...F5 (of course we all know THAT, right?)
Also, dont be surprised when they do multiple Emergency Checks in the 48+ hours AFTER the Patch is released ...F3

(at least I'LL be at work like usual) haha

LMAO ~ Guns and swords too violent in America....the same country where the people that complain the most about violence and censorship were raised during the Vietnam and Korean Wars, watched Looney Tunes and other cartoons (no violence there...), and various TV shows about Westerns (no guns in the Ol' West...), Detectives/Police shows (CHiPs, Charley's Angels, Magnum PI, etc; no guns on those shows...) and oh yeah, I am sure most of the little boys had a gun of some sort and played Cowboys and Indians (definately no violence in that game...).

And as for MS 'censoring' Showa....what about Omega Sector and the Pirates...Pirate PQ ~ Pirates everywhere slashing with thier Swords. What about the in game equips and many of the weapons in the Cash Shop?

Good quests to do (still in progress)
8030 - Gives a 33% chance to get Helm INT 30%. All you have to do is kill a mushmom
8031 - Gives you a 25% chance to get a colored work glove. The other 75% chance gets you a plain work glove
8048 - Arwen gives out a Piece of Ice or Fairy Wing for killing 100 green mushrooms
8049 - Trade 100 Toy Baby Seals for a Glove ATK 10%
8051 - Trade 100 Binding Bridle for a 30% Glove DEX. The only problem is that the NPC for this is in Kerning.
8052 - Umi's quest for 80 pieces for Deep Buffoons. You get a guaranteed 30% Shoe DEX.
8060 - Sakura's quest for 50 Teddy Cottons rewards you with a 10% chance for Staff MATK 30% and a 10% chance for Wand MATK 30%
8061 - If you've done the Maple History book stuff, this would be a
good quest as well. You have to travel from Hene to Ludi and then kill
a few soul teddies. With it, you have a 10% chance a piece to get each
of the following scrolls: Topwear STR 30%, Cape INT 30%, Helm INT 30%,
and Cape STR 30%
8064 - After you've killed the soul teddies in 8061, bring 50 free
spirits from Master Soul Teddies back to Jay. This will give you a shot
at many good scrolls. You'll have an 70% chance to get any one of the
following 30% scrolls: Overall INT, Shoe Jump, Cape DEX, Earring DEX,
Glove ATT, Overall DEX, Earring INT
8065 - Follow this string of quests after completing 8064 to get really good shot at 30% attack scrolls
8075 - 50% chance of getting 30% overall INT? Hell yes.



we also got quest 8013, Thats the quest U need to do to upgrade your zhelm 2 to 2 or 3. when jMS got this quest zhelm 1 became unwearable. but! Msea also got this quest, that means it tied to Showa. lets just hope they will never activate it =(

if zhelm 1 gets nerfed(level 999 2 wear) Zhelm 2 will star dropping form zak at a stunning rate of 1, 2 or no helms a kill...
