MapleStory will be going through a scheduled game update on Wednesday, February 10th, 2010. This update involves all game servers, and will last for approximately 6 hours.


- Server : All Game Servers
- Time :
Pacific: Wednesday, February 10th, 2010, 12:00 AM ~ 6:00 AM
Eastern: Wednesday, February 10th, 2010, 3:00 AM ~ 9:00 AM

The following will be updated:
* Login Procedure Change
* Valentine's Day Wedding Sale

New Cash Items Added:
Flower Pin
Emperial Crown
Bluetooth Headset

The website will be available throughout the update.

I don't have a good feeling about the new login system.

For one, you set it by your first login, what happens if an account is first reached by someone who isn't the owner?

Also, i hear now that instead of a bithdate to delete characters its the PIN again, which makes me belive more hackings are gonna result in deleted characters ):<

It requires your pin still for at least the first login I found. So no need to worry like I had first expected.

i like the new pic which can be up to 16 character
cracking a 16 character password by brute force requires too much resources that it may be impossible
