I've had people say they got some from those Hourglass things in ToT, but I'm not quite sure. Also, Kimera, but not confirmed. Idk if I want to keep hunting for them... Because I tried back-to-back Overall STR 30%'s, but 2nd one boomed it... left with 13str 6slot Black Neos... L>PANTS

I know I didn't get it from Timeless Temple area, I never go near there.

Hourglass in ToT drops overall str 60%, but as you may guess, the drop rate is terrible... I got one the other day and put it in shop for 25mill... It got sold in 2 minutes...
