| Im just wondering who has read Forgotten Realms books? I really enjoy the books by R. A. Salvatore.
A quick overview: Drizzt is a dark elf, aka Drow. The Drow are the cruelest race on earth. The females are dominant and treat the males as garbage. The Drow live underground and have grown to hate the sun, as it burns their eyes and flesh. Drizzt Do Urden is an anomaly among his people, he is not cruel at all. While he is a master at 2 handed (both scimitars) fighting, he only uses his skills to defend himself and others or in the pursuit of justice (corny lol). In the first few books Salvatore writes about Drizzt's life underground, but the rest are after he has emerged on the surface.
If you like fantasy and fighting books, you will love these stories. If not, you will find them exesively boring and slightly gruesome. I definately recommend these books though. Drizzt Do Urden ftw xP | |
