As for the underage or overly sensative part...well, unless you get freaked out by the Christian portraits of Hell, this shouldn't be a bother for you...=/ Demons in the guise of half-bird half-topless women (harpies). It's simply showing that lust and vulgarity is sinful...as most Disney productions, especially this one, are focused round Christian beliefs and morals.

I do enjoy it, but I posted it for another reason. The story of the video is one of the most dramatic in the history if animation, and I think it's only fair that someone who's never seen it before have a chance to enjoy it. Plus this is the "Video" section. As with all my posts, if we get complaints of the content, I'll remove the link.

Chernabog is actually the main focus of the animation, not the Christian devil. The whole animation is built around showing how powerful and evil he is, how he could even command life itself. Then, just as he turns towards the city, the simple sound of a church bell sends him and his followers back into hiding. If you watch it all the way though, I'm sure you'll get something about of it.

At the very least, you'll get a chance to see the history of the boss of "The end of the world" from Kingdom Hearts.

No. According to the story of KH, Chernabog is the ruler of the End of the World, and Ansem just moved in. Oh, and just for information, Chernabog was the only Disney based boss in KH with unique music. He was also the only enemy absent from Jimmy's Journal.

The original Fantasia, which the above video is from, was released on 1940. So 68 years ago, Disney created what is considered one of the most powerful and terrifying beings in fiction.

Many characters, from Black Doom in Shadow The Hedgehog, to Lucifer from Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne are based on Chernabog, making it one of the most widly copied creatures.

And before everyone calls me a Satanist for premoting such things, all these beings mentioned are soundly destroyed by the good guys.

well i have to say the only thing i understood was shadow the hedgehog, it was a good game, i only had it for a week tho (rented it)

lol. Well, as long as someone can get a little excitment or enjoyment out of the movie, even if it's only horror type excitment, that's fine.

I still think it's more approperate that that Hitler video, so blah.
