Not much since 70% str tops drops like crazy from those little eggs in the new area.

In other times i'd say 20 Mill, but nowadays 18 STR top are selling for 30 Mill, so i'm pretty sure 20 Mill isn't the right price.

Like i said, the scrolls should be really cheap now (haven't checked market in a while), because those typhon eggs drops 70% str top like crazy, someone that it's not lazy can go and get a ton of scrolls in a few hours, About the 18 dex bottom i'd say 200-250 Mill.
