| i downlodaded neopaint and it seems to take really long to make one short animation (1. get the pic 2. copy the pic 3. press the new frame thingy mabobber 2,563,231. copy another pic and edit the original pic from banned story
seems like a long prosess | |

| Well, it kinda is if you want to do it right and make it look good. I took a computer class back in school that had a program like that. It was fun to work with, but sometimes took forever to do the assignment. | |
